Cayman S Engine Transplant

The people at European Car have an interesting project going on. They are swapping the 3.4 liter engine from a brand new Cayman S for a 3.8 liter engine from a 911 Carrera.

That will yield an increase of more than 80 horsepower.

The Cayman, of course, is one of the best balanced cars on the road. One question has to be whether the infusion of that bigger engine with so much additional horsepower will do anything to upset that balance.
