I have been pretty skeptical of the VW merger with Porsche, but recent rumors have been positive.
I am pleased that VW management is rumored to be planning to terminate the Cayenne and Panamera programs. After all, Porsche is a sports car company, and SUVs and four door sedans-- however profitable-- don't really fit that image.
I am also hopeful that the new company follows through on its rumored plan to develop an entry level Porsche sports car.
All these rumors, if true, show that the new management wants Porsche to return to its roots.
Hurray.

Looks like even Porsche is trying to change rules. However the impact, it's still great that something is changing in the auto industry.
